BUILDING MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT (BMM)

SCOPE OF WORK

Auxiliary PoliceBuilding Maintenance Management (BMM) is responsible in managing and maintaining the mechanical, electrical, and civil, structure & architecture system at project site.

Besides the above, BMM is also responsible in managing the custodial service which includes general cleaning, pest and domestic animal control, landscaping, parking management system and solid waste management.

In order to ensure the optimal operation of BSI, BMM conduct preventive and corrective maintenance through:

  • Periodical inspection, testing, data acquisition and monitoring
  • Periodical lubrication, adjustment, system calibration and minor servicing
  • Repair of defective parts or components due to system breakdown
  • Replacement of wear and tear components
  • Certification and/or licensing from relevant authorities
  • Preparation of technical advisory report
